In God We Trust
Bible in a Year: Psalm 4-6; Acts 26
"And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." — Philippians 4:19
Today's Scripture & Insight: Philippians 4:19-20
Sarah, a single mom with two kids, was having trouble making ends meet. Even though she had two jobs, it was getting harder and harder to make ends meet. She worried about how to take care of her kids and pay the bills.
Sarah held on to the promise in Philippians 4:19, which says, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus."
This Bible verse tells us that God will take care of us. Even when worries about money weigh heavily on our minds, we can be sure that He will meet our needs based on how rich He is. His help might not come when or how we expect it to, but His promises are still true.
Money problems can make us feel overwhelmed and cast a dark cloud over our lives. But God tells us to trust in His provision, to rest in His promises, and to believe in His care for us.
Are you, like Sarah, facing financial struggles? Look for comfort in God's promise to provide. Let His peace calm your worries, and let His wisdom lead you. Do what you can and leave the rest up to God.
