Maybe it's been years since you've been to church. Maybe you've never been. Maybe this week has been harder than most. You don't have to have it figured out to come. You just have to walk in.

What Sunday looks like

Here’s what to expect

Sunday mornings at 10:15 on Tom Hebert Road. Sunday School at 9:15 if you want to come early.


Wear whatever you'd wear to meet a friend for coffee. The music is singable, with a mix of contemporary songs and hymns. The message is from the Bible. No one will put you on the spot, and no one's going to ask you to stand up and introduce yourself.


Kids are welcome in the service with you. We have a staffed nursery for babies and little ones, and a cry room at the back of the auditorium for nursing moms. You can see into the service, close the blinds for privacy, and still hear everything over the speaker.


Sunday evenings at 6:00, we meet again for Bible study. It's more relaxed, and we take song requests.

More than Sunday

Sunday morning is the front door. What keeps people here is what happens after. Bible studies, small groups, meals together, and the kind of friendships that show up when life gets hard. Here are a few ways to find your place.

Sunday School
A place where you can ask questions

Classes for kids and adults at 9:15 before the morning service. A relaxed place to learn more about God together.

Sunday Evening Bible Study
You pick the songs

We go deeper into a book of the Bible than we do on Sunday morning. You can ask questions, share what you're thinking, or just sit and listen. More casual than the morning service, with room for discussion. We take song requests, too.

What to Expect
Awana
A weeknight your kids will look forward to

Bible lessons, games, and memory verses. A place where your kids build friendships and learn Scripture from K-4 through High School.

We meet every other Monday evening in a home. Open to anyone who wants to study Scripture and get to know people outside of Sunday.

If you need groceries, we can help. If you want to give food, money, or time, we'd be grateful. Our pantry serves neighbors in Lake Charles year-round.
