Daniel is a very timely book. As a young Hebrew, Daniel was seized from Jerusalem and taken off into Babylonian captivity. As a young man, he grew up in a pagan culture and environment that was hostile to God, similar to today. How does a young person stand for God in a culture that hates Christianity? The book of Daniel provides the answer. Despite the external pressures of his environment, Daniel stood strong for God because he was grounded in his faith before being deported to Babylon. By understanding God’s sovereignty over world history and imitating Daniel’s implicit trust in God, conference attendees will be enabled to face the future with hope and stand firm in their faith in God. You will also be challenged and practically equipped to spread this message with others!

At DM2 Summer Workshop, our mission is to train and equip youth and adults to become disciple-makers and carry out the Great Commission. We believe that the future of the church lies in the hands of those who are passionate about spreading the truth of God's Word and making disciples of all nations. That's why we've created an immersive experience that challenges and encourages attendees to become part of something bigger than themselves.

At DM2 Summer Workshop, we believe that it's important for youth and adults to get involved in effective ministry and become firm building blocks in their local churches. Who can attend a DM2 Workshop

DM2 Youth Conferences are designed for youth and young adults, typically ranging from junior high to college age. However, we believe that everyone can benefit from our conferences, so we welcome anyone who is "young and young at heart." We've had attendees as young as 8 and as old as 70+.

What will be taught at the workshop?

The Book of Daniel will be studied in a verse-by-verse format. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of God's Word and learn practical ways to apply it in their lives, as well as tools for disciple-making.

What is the format of the workshop?

The conference runs from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day, with breaks for meals and snacks. Participants engage in a dynamic, interactive study of the Bible using the DM2 curriculum. There are also opportunities for games, skits, and other activities during breaks.

Do I need any previous training or experience to attend?

No prior experience is necessary. We welcome all levels of familiarity with the Bible and provide tools and resources to help you grow in your understanding and application of God's Word.

What is the cost to attend?

There is no cost to attend this workshop at Faith Bible Church. Lunch and snacks will also be provided free of charge.
